Our Baby Farm Animals Event!
Back in March, Sophie's Potluck had an event hosted by Autumn Ridge Farm!
Kids, young adults and the adults all enjoyed holding and taking care of the baby farm animals. It was a bit of a trek, but everyone we talked to said they were going to go back soon, and that the sunflower fields are something to see!
We're so glad everyone had such a great time!
Sophie's Potluck is now a Non Profit!
What started as an idea and a simple painting event has turned into a non-profit venture!
We're officially incorporated with the State of Pennsylvania as a Non-Profit Organization. We have a lot of work to do, as we fully intend to pursue IRS 501(c)(3) status, but that's a long, arduous process and take up to a year or more to finalize.
We're absolutely thrilled we're able to get to this point!
There are many exciting events and opportunities in the works for our friends and we can't wait to share the time and experiences with them.
Much more to come, so stay tuned!
Our Ruby Flora Event
Yesterday, our friends at Sophie's Potluck went to Ruby Flora to build terrariums for our second official event. Everyone had a great time, and all the terrariums looked amazing!
